Our DTF Transfer Gangsheets are printed exactly how you upload them.  We do not modify your png file at all.  This means that if you do not read this message and upload your png with a background, the background will be printed.  Be sure your files are also a minimum of 300 DPI and are print ready.  If they are not, be sure to add the addon for us to remove your background or any other graphic enhancements.

 

Image Guidelines

  • PNG Images should be a minimum 300 dpi and in PNG format. Only PNG is accepted for gang sheet orders.
    • Note: enlarging a 300dpi image (example: resizing from 4″ to 12″) and exporting it may cause pixelation and quality issues.
  • Color shifts can occur when converting to CMYK for DTF printing.
  • Do not mirror your image.
  • Be sure to use transparent or removed backgrounds (unless you want the background printed).
  • We recommend a minimum of 1/4″ for small fonts or thin lines to ensure the ink and powder is applied properly.
  • Avoid glow, gradients, and soft edges. DTF printers can have issues printing these designs accurately.
  • You may upload up to 10 files depending on the DTF gangsheet size you choose.   Note:  If you choose 22″ x 240″ (20ft) and your editing software only allows a maximum of 22″ x 60″ (5 ft), you can choose to create 4 PNG files from your software and upload them.  The key is to ensure that if you choose 22″ x 240″ prints is to send PNG files that match the dimensions you choose – overall.

We print what we receive. Spelling, placement, sizing, and image quality will not be fixed by Anderson Custom Crafts
